Foundations of Breathwork Facilitator
HYBRID ( ONLINE + ON-SITE) WITH DIRECT MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT.
This 30-hour training unfolds in a small group setting where everyone has the opportunity to facilitate and experience Conscious Connected Breathwork. We move through both theory and practice, learning to guide with confidence, sensitivity, and awareness. Rooted in a trauma-informed and science-based approach, the training explores how the breath shapes our nervous system, emotions, and inner landscape.
You’ll learn to hold space safely, support emotional release, and work with the body’s natural intelligence. We combine neuroscience, somatics, and practical facilitation tools to help you lead sessions that are both grounded and intuitive. Each participant receives a Breathwork Facilitator Handbook to support continued study and integration.
This training is for artists, coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and anyone drawn to exploring the breath as a tool for healing, creativity, and connection. After completion, you’ll be certified through The Portal and Kimi Recor and ready to share this work with confidence and heart.

ABOUT KIMI RECOR
When I began working with the breath, I didn’t know it would become a lifelong companion. It has followed me into every kind of space: hospitals, studios, music venues, parks, and living rooms, quietly showing me that breathwork belongs everywhere. It asks for honesty and nothing else.
Over the past decade, I have seen how the breath softens what feels impossible, how sound and rhythm can help emotion move and settle. My background in music naturally wove itself into this practice, teaching me that the breath carries its own tempo, its own melody, its own silence.
Teaching breathwork is not about control. It is about listening, attuning, and trusting what arises. This practice continues to remind me that the body already knows the way home.
Kimi Recor is a Berlin-based sound artist, musician, and breathwork facilitator whose work explores the meeting point between art and nervous system regulation. With over twenty years of experience in music and sound, she bridges the worlds of creative expression and somatic practice, using both as pathways for transformation and self-awareness.
Her approach to sound is immersive and intuitive, blending instruments like planetary gongs, analog synthesizers, and the human voice to create experiences that engage the body as much as the ear. Alongside her sound art practice, Kimi leads trauma-informed breathwork sessions and facilitator trainings that help others reconnect with their own rhythm, voice, and inner intelligence.
Through her performances, workshops, and trainings, she invites participants into a deeper relationship with listening, both to sound and to themselves. Her work is grounded in science yet guided by curiosity, weaving art and embodiment into a practice that feels real, accessible, and alive.

Because this training is limited to a very small group, each spot is reserved exclusively for the participant who books it. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once a booking has been made.
If someone cancels, it is extremely difficult for us to refill the space on short notice, and the entire structure of the training depends on committed attendance. We ask you to book only if you are fully sure that you can participate.
If you unexpectedly cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person, as long as you notify us in advance.
Thank you for understanding and respecting the integrity of this container.
+++ everything starts with a breath +++
Breath is the first language of life. From our first inhale, it connects body and mind, inner and outer, conscious and unseen. It is constant and ancient, a rhythm that carries memory, emotion, and awareness.
Through the breath, we learn to listen, regulate, and return to presence. It teaches us how to release what no longer serves and to come home to the body with honesty and care.
More people are turning to breathwork to find balance, clarity, and connection.
This 30-hour facilitator training explores both the science and the art of breathing, rooted in trauma-informed practice and embodied experience.
